Our process is a journey that begins with a face to face meeting. If possible, we will view your home or commercial location in-person or we can look at the specs of your real estate. This is where you will share your vision and goals. Even if you aren’t sure what you need, we know the questions to ask to uncover your needs. We do more than just design and decorate but can transform your space with new flooring, wall-coverings, counters, modern appliances, electronic technology, furniture and decor.
After we meet, the Maryem Interiors team will collaborate to create an initial design concept. This will be the look, feel and function you need each space to achieve. Before we get started on selecting the specific design elements, we will confirm with you that we are on track, creating your personalized and luxury renovation.
Once your design concept is approved, we will get to work selecting every single element for your new space. Modern technology empowers us to do more than just select items, but to virtually visualize how each room or section will look. You will be able to see your complete design in a digital mock-up before we begin remodeling and redecorating.
This is where we bring your renovation and interior design to life. We have a team of skilled professionals who work with exceptional attention to detail to build, paint, refinish, and install every new element in your space. We will provide a timeline for completion that coincides with your move-in date or new business opening deadline.
